Kirk Bloodsworth testifies in front of NH Senate Judiciary Committee

Kirk Bloodsworth testified in front of the New Hampshire Senate Judiciary Committee today regarding House Bill 455, which would repeal the death penalty.

He spoke about DNA evidence, his ordeal of over 8 years in prison for a crime he did not commit, and false eyewitness identification. Kirk also mentioned the 164 other men and women who have been exonerated from death row.
