Bryn Mawr School welcomes Kirk Bloodsworth after reading his book

Many students at the Bryn Mawr School in Baltimore read Kirk Bloodsworth's book, Bloodsworth: The True Story of the First Death Row Inmate Exonerated by DNA Evidence for summer reading. The school invited Kirk to come speak to the students about his current work as the executive director of Witness to Innocence.

Kirk was able to visit classes, sign books, and answered questions at an assembly for the entire school. Students from a class called Comparative Legal Systems were able to ask their own questions. A great opportunity to educate our future leaders and lawmakers!

Read the Kirk's introduction presented by Seniors Katie Ludwig and Lexi Reddrick.
