Ray Krone & Herman Lindsey speak at National Conference of State Legislatures Summit

Experts from both the European Union and United States shared their perspectives and views on the death penalty at the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Summit in early August.

WTI Board Member Herman Lindsey and WTI co-founder Ray Krone participated in the summit, which convened in Nashville, Tennessee.

Ray Krone noted that the event was "impressive and rewarding" and that the workshop about the death penalty had over 100 attendees.
