Randal Padgett and Gary Drinkard speak at Birmingham School of Law

Randal Padgett and Gary Drinkard were invited to speak at Birmingham School of Law earlier in August. The topic of the event was wrongful convictions, death row, and how these convictions affected their lives.

Brenda Padgett and other loved ones of exonerees were invited to join in the discussion of how the wrongful conviction affected the families of those who had been convicted. The event drew about 30 students and members of local law enforcement.
