Ricky Jackson spoke to criminal justice students at Radford University
Ricky Jackson was invited by Professor Todd Jones of the criminal justice department and Radford University to speak in a class called "Death Penalty in America." Ricky spoke about his story of wrongful conviction and serving time on death row for a crime that he did not commit.
After his talk, he answered questions and at one point, Ricky and many students were moved to tears when he was asked about what he took away from his experience. The students were greatly affected by Ricky's story and hope to carry what they learned into their future careers in the criminal justice system.
