WTI sends a letter calling for clemency for Billy Joe Wardlow
Executive Director Kirk Bloodsworth sent a letter urging the Texas Board of Pardons & Paroles and Governor Abbott to grant clemency to Billy Joe Wardlow for a crime he committed when he was 18 years old.
