Kwame Ajamu and Ricky Jackson Spoke at Ohio Event "Executing the Innocent"

On Tuesday, September 22nd, Kwame Ajamu and Ricky Jackson spoke at an Ohio event titled "Executing the Innocent." There were over 100 people in attendance at the virtual event which was hosted by the University of Akron, Tiffin University, Ohio Innocence Project, Ohioans to Stop Executions, and Witness to Innocence. Kwame and Ricky discussed their experiences on death row, the status of death penalty reform in Ohio, and how young people can get involved in criminal justice issues.
