OK Pardon & Parole Board Again Recommends Commutation for Julius Jones



As of Julius Jones' clemency hearing on November 1, the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board has now voted twice– 3-1 – to recommend Julius Jones’ sentence be commuted to life with the possibility of parole. They voted to recommend commutation for the first time following Julius' commutation hearing on September 30, but their recommendation was rejected by Governor Stitt.
