Supreme Court Agrees to Review Rodney Reed's Request For DNA Testing in His Innocence Case

Rodney Reed has maintained his innocence throughout his over 23 years spent on death row. In 2019, he was granted an indefinite stay of execution just five days before his scheduled execution. In November 2021, the judge in his evidentiary hearing recommended against giving Rodney a new and fair trial.
